Small Group Training
We train outdoors but this is no boot camp! Mpower SGT combines cardio, strength, and balance training along with body weight exercises to give you the best full-body workout possible.
With a maximum of 10 women, each client gets more than adequate supervision and guidance. Our workouts can accommodate different fitness levels and alternative exercises are always offered if needed. You won't find this level of individualization in a group class anywhere else!.
MWF (9-10am) MW (6-7pm)
1 session = $25
5 sessions - $100 ($20/session)
10 sessions - $190 ($19/session)
20 sessions - $340 ($17/session)
