Mpower Fitness is a unique personal training and nutritional coaching business designed to help women of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and fitness goals. Owner, Michele Gillman has a passion for health and fitness, and out of that grew a strong desire to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with other women. Whether you’re interested in one-on-one sessions, small group training, or coaching services, Mpower will provide you with the knowledge and motivation for success. In a non-intimidating, yet motivating environment Mpower Fitness partners with each client to find realistic ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into their daily life.

  • I teach proper form and technique. Doing exercises wrong not only is a waste of time and energy, but increases the risk of injury.
